REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

No Return or Exchange on Sale Products
All items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hastkiglobal@gmail.com  within 3-4 hours of placing it. 

Cancellations cannot be accommodated beyond this timeframe. However, we are always here to assist you with any concerns!

Non-Delivery of Shipment
Refunds will not be processed for orders that fail to deliver due to the following reasons:

  • An incorrect address or phone number was provided at the time of purchase.

  • Three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier partners.

In such cases, a ₹250 processing fee and shipping cost will be deducted from the order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Return Policy
We carefully inspect each product before dispatch to ensure quality and secure packaging. However, your order will be eligible for a return in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered.

  • Damaged product received.

We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all tags and labels.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return confirmation email with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and processed, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at  hastkiglobal@gmail.com  -  we are happy to help! 

Exchange Policy
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects or damage, reach out to us immediately, and we will make it right.

To ensure a smooth resolution, we request that you record a video while unboxing your parcel. The video should start with the sealed package and continue as you inspect the product. This helps us process your claim quickly and efficiently.
